1. Q. Do you ship items on the shop online pages to  overseas destinations?

     A. Yes, international customers are welcome to place an order. We appreciate that our international customers may need their orders          delivered in a quicker time frame than our usual delivery guidelines suggest as your wedding seasons may currently be in full          swing. Please contact us if you require expedited delivery and we will work out a suitable way to have your items delivered to you in          your available time frame.

2. Q. Can you make me a custom hair accessory or birdcage veil using my own fabric?

     A. Yes, if you would like to match up your hair accessories perfectly with the fabric of your gown, contact us so that we can advise how          much fabric you will need to send us. It is also possible to create hair flowers just using off cuts from your gown if you have had it          altered and had some fabric removed from the hem of the gown.

3. Q. How long does it take to make men's accessories?

     A. We would ideally like at least 6 weeks to produce your order, but we will always try to accommodate urgent orders. If you have a          wedding coming up very shortly please don't hesitate to contact us and we will always fit in with your request.

4. Q If you will no longer be taking bridal and bridesmaid orders in 2010, are you offering any other services

     A. In 2010, we will be offering a variety of services to brides which include our unique "My Perfect Gown" consultations where you can receive professional style advice and recommendations as to the types of gown designs that will perfectly flatter your figure and suit your personality and will guide you to the appropriate retailers to find your gown within your budget. Consultations may also be booked for bridesmaid groups to assist you in choosing the best colours and dress styles for your girls. We will also be available for assisted bridal gown shopping trips where we can take the guesswork and intimidation factor out of your gown shopping experience by offering a professional and non-biased opinion when you try on potential gowns and can liaise with the bridalwear companies on your behalf to ensure a smooth and easy gown buying experience. 5. Q. When will the items listed as "coming soon" be available for purchase online?

    A. We are doing our best to bring you these new product lines very shortly.

6. Q. When will the Custom-made birdcage veil creator be ready for use?

     A. These pages are taking a considerable amount of time to create and will not be ready as early as we previously expected. If your          wedding date is anytime within the next 2 - 3 months, we recommend that you contact us via email to discuss the custom made                 options rather than wait for the pages to be completed as we may not be able to produce your birdcage for you in time if your order          is left too late.
