local customers - Perth, Western Australia

Local customers have the option of having their items shipped or picking up in person on one of our open showing days. These dates will be displayed shortly on our website along with the location details. Upon receipt of our order confirmation email, please advise us that you would like to pickup in person and we will hold onto your order for you until your pickup date.

Australian customers delivery times (All states including W.A.)

Limited Edition items are usually made to order to ensure that you receive a brand new piece with every order placed. Production time for limited edition items is approximately 5 - 7 working days (unless stated that it is an Express 3 day shipment item.) Delivery times are to be added to the production times. Therefore Registered Post deliveries across Australia may take between 6 - 14 working days to arrive, depending on your location from the time of placing your order and paying your shipping fees.

Platinum Express post deliveries may take between 1 - 2 working days for postage (please add production time to this if it is indicated that they apply to your item) from the time of placing your order and paying your shipping costs but can take upto 6 working days if your delivery area is regional QLD. If you would like an estimate on your shipping times, please email us your delivery address and we can get back to you before you place your order. Should we have stock of your limited edition order, time frames for delivery may be quicker. For on-going accessory items, delivery time frames may be slightly quicker. Should you require your order more urgently, please email us prior to placing your order through the website and we will do our best to accomodate your request.

Australian customers (W.A. included)

We are now pleased to be able to offer a FLAT RATE shipping and handling costs for Australian deliveries.

Please view the list below to work out your shipping costs. We will email you with confirmation of your order and  delivery details AFTER you have placed your order through our shopping cart. This confirmation email will contain your shipping costs payment information. You will have the option to pay your shipping costs via direct bank deposit or we can email you a Paypal invoice if desired.

SHIPPING COSTS:  

Shipping via Registered Post to any Australian address

$8.00 for orders containing 1 - 4 items or sets.

$11.00 for orders containing 5 or more items or sets.

$11.50 for orders containing shoes and upto 2 additional items or sets.

$14.00 for orders containing shoes and and additional 3 or more items or sets.

Orders over  the value of $250 (Sale and clearance items not included) will receive free giftboxing and shipping. If insurance cover over $100 is desired, this will incur a fee.

Shipping via Platinum Express Post (1 - 2 day delivery) to any Australian address

$14.90 for most orders*

*If the order is larger in size and does not fit into a 405 x 310mm satchel, the cost will be $18.90.

OPTIONAL INSURANCE COVER:

Registered post and Platinum Express delivery provides insurance cover for loss or damage to your ordered items upto the value of $100.00. Coverage greater than $100 is available at an added cost of $2.00 per additional $100.00 of cover required or part thereof. Please advise us after receiving your order confirmation email if you would like to purchase additional insurance for your order.
