How to shop with us:  

1. Payments are processed through Paypal. You do not need an existing Paypal account to use this service, anyone can checkout without registering with Paypal first.

2. Our shopping cart will not calculate your shipping cost, it only charges you the item amount. We will invoice you separately for these costs. Please visit the shipping information page for the shipping costs. You will receive an email invoice from us shortly after your order has been placed for your shipping and handling.

3. To start shopping, navigate through the menu on the left hand side of our homepage to view our selection of products. Many of the items that you will find here are listed as being Limited Edition in their availability. This usually means that these are individually hand made items that are exclusive to us. Some of these are unique one-off creations, whilst others are available to order in multiple quantities (if desired) or alternative colours or components to the ones shown here on the site.

4. We always aim to please our customers. If you have an idea about an item you would like, or would like something specially designed please  to enquire. We will do our best to come up with the perfect product for you.

5. Please read through our Terms and Conditions and familiarise yourself with our Shipping information before you start your shopping experience with us. More detailed information regarding delivery times will be located on those pages.

6. If you would like to use a currency converter, you will find a link at the base of every product page, above the Paypal logo.
